Manual Flexion-Distraction Table The Back Specialist 1000 table comes standard with caudel flexion, lateral flexion, axial rotation, plane traction, velcro ankle strap, face paper attachments and our patented electric spring tension. While all movements are controlled manually, the electric spring tension allows adjustments for patient weight to be easily accomplished with the touch of a foot pedal, eliminating cumbersome crank handles underneath the cushions. Our 20 year old design, with many improvements through the years, has resulted in the smoothest flexion distraction table available today!
