Dear valued customer,

I regret to inform you that due to debilitating health issues I am forced to retire and close Alliance Imaging. As some of you know, in February 2020 I received the grave diagnosis of lower motor neuron predominant ALS. It is a slow progressive form of the disease and currently, 4 years since onset, only affecting my arms. It has become increasingly difficult for me to offer digital technical support to all my customers. I no longer have the ability to use a computer keyboard and losing the ability to use an ergonomic mouse. I have missed being able to walk through your doors and service your needs in person.
I have entrusted Ray-Tek Services to take over our account list. Mark and Ralph have worked with us in the past and are known to offer great service. Ray-Tek will be contacting you for scheduled maintenance of your systems. If you need emergency service Ray-Tek can be reached at 800-999-2463.
It is with a heavy heart that I say goodbye to my many loyal customers. I will miss seeing your faces. I thank you for your business over the years.
